Where are you located?
We’re located in the beautiful village of Mongmong.
How do I pay or my order?
After you click on the “Place Your Order” button you will be redirected to PayPal. Paypal is a safe and secure service that allows payments via credit card or directly from your bank account. Once your payment has been processed we will begin fulfilling your personalized order.
How does my order get shipped?
You can pickup your order at our offices at 240 Biang St in Mongmong. If you’re an off-island customer, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@click2printguam.com for a shipping quote.
How do I enter my Guam billing address?
We’re currently working to improve our system to allow for Guam to be available in the state drop down list. In the meantime, you can select Guam in the country field and type Guam in the State field.
Who do I contact if I need help?

How long do orders take to be fulfilled?
Most orders take 1-2 business days to complete.
Why does PayPal show the payment as being made to Graphic Center, Inc?
Graphic Center, Inc is our parent company and thus handles all of our billing.
How will I be contacted once my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive an e-mail stating that your order is ready for pickup.
How do I change / enter text into the customizable text fields?
Enter your message by simply highlighting any text and start typing. You can change the font type, size, color and italics/bold at the top of this frame. Any field that is left blank will not appear on the card. Your personalized greeting will appear on page 2 of the image preview before you place your order.
How do I order non-personalized versions of the Donny Quenga Christmas Greeting Cards?
